Atlanta – The Georgia Public Policy Foundation is giving away four tickets, valued at $100 each, to attend the Heartland Institute’s Emerging Issues Forum at the Capital City Club in Atlanta on Thursday, August 15.

The Heartland Institute’s Emerging Issues Forum is the national organization’s annual daylong event for elected officials, policy analysts and government affairs professionals to confer and strategize about the top public policy issues of the day. Don’t forget to register for the Foundation’s next Policy Briefing Luncheon event, on Wednesday, August 28, 2013, at the Georgian Club. Foundation Senior Fellow Baruch Feigenbaum keynotes the event, “Georgia Transportation: The Next Frontier.”
Feigenbaum, a metro Atlanta resident and Transportation Policy Analyst at the Reason Foundation, will unveil his new study, “Reducing Traffic Congestion and Increasing Mobility in Atlanta: 2013.” He is author of the Georgia Public Policy Foundation 2012 Issue Analysis, “Getting Georgia Going: An Analysis of the Referendum on Georgia’s Transportation Special Local Options Sales Tax.” For more information, go to www.georgiapolicy.org/?p=10134 .
