Ellie Casas is the Donor Relations Manager at the Georgia Public Policy Foundation. She joined the Foundation after serving as managing partner of Artemis Fundraising Strategies LLC, where she raised funds for state and federal campaigns across Georgia. Before that, she spent five years on Congressman Rich McCormick’s fundraising and event team. At the Foundation, she oversees donor relations and major gift cultivation.

A graduate of the University of North Georgia, Ellie is a Cuban-American with a strong interest in Latino community engagement. She resides in Cumming, Georgia, and outside of work enjoys storm chasing and weightlifting.
