Dr. Nathan Gray

Dr. Nathan Gray is a Professor of Business and Public Policy at Young Harris College in Young Harris, GA where he joined the faculty in 2009. He received his Ph.D. in Public Policy from the University of Arkansas, and his research interest is K-12 education, specifically parental school choice. His teaching specialties are Public Policy, Education Policy, Political Philosophy, Experimental Design, and Business Ethics. He has published several articles on K-12 schooling and coauthored a book titled “Unproductive School Choice Debates: All Sides Assert Much That Is Wrong, Misleading, or Irrelevant” (2023) with John Merrifield. When not teaching and researching, he is most likely reading, running, traveling, watching sports, or spending time with his family.
