Foundation President Kelly McCutchen is quoted in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution on Georgia’s hospital “bed tax.” “We think it’s gaming the federal system, and we need to pass something this year that’s going to reduce Medicaid costs,” he said. “We can’t rely on this funding mechanism long-term.”
