National School Choice Week: Where’s The Money?

Find out just how wrong at, “National School Choice Week: Where’s the Money?” the Georgia Public Policy Foundation’s first event of 2017. This 8 a.m. Leadership Breakfast marking National School Choice Week is keynoted by education expert Dr. Ben Scafidi at Cobb County’s Georgian Club. 

Dr. Scafidi, a Senior Fellow at the Georgia Public Policy Foundation and EdChoice, (formerly known as the Friedman Foundation), is director of the Education Economics Center in the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University. On January 26, he will unveil the eye-opening results of his new study on education spending transparency.

nscwAbout National School Choice Week: Held every January, National School Choice Week is the world’s largest annual celebration of opportunity in education. The Foundation has marked this week with an event every years; in 2016, the Foundation’s Leadership Breakfast was one of nearly 17,000 celebrations across all 50 states and around the world.

This Leadership Breakfast, which is open to the public, is $30 to attend.
