The Georgia Public Policy Foundation will hold its Annual Dinner on Wednesday, March 5, 2014, at the Cobb Galleria Centre. The reception will begin at 6:30 P.M. with a seated dinner beginning at 7:30 P.M. Daniel Garza, Executive Director of the LIBRE Initiative, will be the guest speaker. His knowledge of the plight of the immigrant community has earned him a reputation for advocating on behalf of Hispanics and Latinos for sound, market-based public policy, recognizing that the current status of our economy requires that this vital community play an essential role in bringing about solutions. Garza, a former White House staff member, has been featured in Fox News Latino’s “Ten Young Latinos in Politics to Watch in 2013” and Polymic’s list of “10 Political Rising Stars you Should Know About in 2013.”
