Atlanta –  Have you registered yet for the Georgia Public Policy Foundation’s February 26 Leadership Breakfast?

Are you tired of federal overspending?

Attend, “The Case for the Compact for a Balanced Budget Amendment,” an 8 a.m. event at Cobb County’s Galleria Centre to find out how the states can rein in the federal budget. And Georgia can take the lead! Keynoted by constitutional scholar Nick Dranias of the Goldwater Institute, this event is open to the public and is $25 to attend.

Dranias will discuss the non-partisan effort to promote and seek legislation by the states and the U.S. Congress to ratify a balanced budget amendment into the U.S. Constitution via Article V. Read his recent commentary for the Foundation here and bring your questions about the issue to the event!
