Atlanta — How do we provide access to health care for the uninsured? How do we put patients in control? How do we promote price transparency? Dr. Lee Gross has the answer.

Lee S. Gross, M.D., is co-founder and Senior Vice President of Epiphany Health, a health care program created primarily for individuals and families who don’t qualify for health insurance, can’t afford traditional insurance or aren’t offered health benefits though their place of employment. Epiphany provides preventive care, chronic disease management and acute care for a variety of conditions for patients of all ages.

This concept of Direct Primary Care has been featured in Forbes magazine, The New York Times and the Foundation for Economic Education: For as little as $54 a month, patients receive virtually unlimited access to primary care with no co-pays or deductibles.

Gross received his Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, and earned his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University. After graduating from medical school he completed his residency in Family Medicine at University Hospitals of Cleveland, where he was chief resident. He is Board-Certified in Family Medicine.

Dr. Gross has also been awarded Best Doctor in 2008 and 2010 by the North Port Sun-Herald newspaper. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees at Fawcett Memorial Hospital.
