Atlanta – Before you take time off to celebrate this nation’s freedom, liberties and independence on July Fourth, take a moment to reserve your spot to celebrate Friedman Legacy for Freedom Day July 10 with the Georgia Public Policy Foundation!

This year, the annual event to celebrate the birthday of Nobel Prize winner Milton Friedman is a noon Policy Briefing Luncheon at Macon’s Idle Hour Country Club. The keynote speaker is Dr. Ben Scafidi, the state’s foremost education expert, who is a professor of economics and director of the Economics of Education Policy Center at Georgia College & State University.
